Returns at Techcomlight

Not satisfied with your order or do you not need the products? You can! (except for custom-made products). Returns are always made in consultation with us first, so that we can give you the correct return address.

Backprocedure

  1. Register your return via email: send a message to info@techcomlight.com with your order details and the reason for return.
  2. You will receive the return address and further instructions from us.
  3. Send your package according to the instructions received.
  4. After receiving your return, we will confirm this by e-mail and process the refund.

Return period and processing

  • You have a 30-day right of return, starting on the day of receipt of your order.
  • Returns can be either partial or complete.
  • In the event of a defective or incorrectly delivered product, we ask you to contact us immediately so that we can solve it quickly.
  • You will receive a refund within 14 days of withdrawal.

Tailor-made products

Specially manufactured products (customisation) cannot be returned. This applies to, among others:

  • Tailor-made daylight solutions
  • Specially formulated products
  • Items that are customised by colour or size


Return Policy

You can return a product when:

  • It has only been looked at or briefly tried, as is also done in a store.
  • It is not a customisation.

⚠️ Important: returns sent without consultation and without our return address cannot be processed.

Return costs

The direct shipping costs for the return are at your own expense.
