Air tightness tests show that the most air leakage occurs at the point of the roof flashing. Humid air could potentially flow out of the house through gaps around the underside of the roof flashing and condense in the construction of the roof. As a result, it appears that the roof flashing is leaking and the moisture in the roof can eventually affect the construction or cause mould to form.
Powerdaylight has the solution for this problem: An airtight seal that is easy to install and ensures a neat finish.
Note: Also very useful on top of the attic floor etc.
